the ppts are converted into jpegs for the navigation on the left side, but there also should exist a swf file within the upload folder... -> ppts may contain vector graphics exceeding the limit of slices, that are allowed within swf specification (at least thats an error i receive sometimes trying to convert a complex ppt containing large graphics...) -> please check first, whether your ppt has been converted to pdf on filesystem, then u can call pdf2swf on filesystem and (hopefully) get a speking errormessage.... hope that helps!
