*all colors* ... nearly all colors are connected to the base-colors in the config.xml. All other colors used will be calculated as variation of the base-colors. Everything else are then icons and image. You won't be able to change that by config. *picture in the header* ... there is no picture in the header, the word *openmeetings* in the header can be changed via the config.xml
