yaa.. you are right .. seba. i got it .. what mistake i made.. i entered the wrong password
in the hibernate_cfg.xml. and by the way seba those errors were not from OpenLaszlo hehehehe... there were from openmeetings.log. But i made one more stupdid mistake now .. sorry for wasting your precious time.
