you have to add the msSQL-JDBC-Driver.jar to:
$RED5/webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/lib

and then use one of the xxx_hibernate.cfg.xml rename it to hibernate.cfg.xml

and then alter this configuration file to fit into your needs, you have to
change:
user / pass of course

and also the database-name and url

and the SWL-Dialect to MSSQL, you can lookup whats its name from:
http://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/core/3.3/reference/en/html/session-configuration.html#configuration-optional-dialects


thats it, restart and go.
