hola, a) right, at the moment, a scheduled meeting is valid the whole day, the meeting takes place (theres no final solution at the moment, because there are meetings, attendees want to download shared documents afterwards)
-> the "normal" invitations can be configured to be valid only one time, for example - we would have to take over that logic to the Scheduler Invitations, if requiered... b) Using the Email link, the attendee is coming from "outside" of OpenMeetings, so it could be possible, he hasnt even an account, but was just invited to a special meeting.
