Ok here is how I got it working: I installed sox from the normal debian repository
Then added debian-multimedia repository and installed ffmpeg from there. Also install libmp3lame0. So basically the problems were in the ffmpeg package. When I installed newer version from debian multimedia, all problems sorted out.
