Ok thanks, I tried the blue arrows but maybe it was after, I'll give it another shot. Another question that just popped up - Any idea why a Mac wouldn't load up the screen sharing? His updates are up to date and I had him try http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2828 but it's still a no go.
