Whiteboard file upload

i am sorry if this is a dupe it is just I couldnt find my exact issue in 
the list anywhere.
The problem is when I impirt a file, it shows successful, when I look at 
the files they are viewable outside the openmeetings server. It is when 
I try to put then on  the whiteboard it shows nothing. I am using a mac 
with opera if that counts
