yes but unfortunatelly these manual steps are needed and cannot be performed automatically. There are 3 lines of code to change (in 3 files, the Documentation should give you a clear view on it). Otherwise you can get someone to do this coding for you or set up sugarCRM.
Yes you can even run several moodle installation on different server + several sugarCRM installation on different servers but only one OpenMeetings Server. The only thing is that you need to prevent those users to manually login into openmeetings directly (I guess you have different customers and you don't one that they see each other in the openmeetings dashboard after the login). But from Sugar or Moodle you have no problem with that.
