can you verify the same steps you do to record on http://www.openmeetings.de? If that works the chances that something is wrong on your local copy are quite high. If not its either a problem with Openmeetings really or a problem with the windows(7) version. but as I also have Windows7 and Vista here I thought I have verified those as Server machines too.
