the config seems ok from my point of view...

one thing to consider : if the pasword in your config is really used,
i think the last part could be cut off :

1qa2ws#ED -> 1qa2ws (# == comment sign)

if thats not the problem - please post a larger part of the logfile
showing even the entries surround the ldap error...
