hello everybody, i have a very strange issue with happening in the VM image of version 1.1 RC1. I configured the ffmpeg_path and sox_path so that they point to the correct folders but the saved value doesn't seem to be picked up at all by the application.
for instance i set ffmpeg_path to : /urs/local/bin but when i try to click on a recording i get this error: Log:12.07.2010 16:11:34 generateFFMPEG process-generateFFMPEG error-Cannot run program "ffmpeg": java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory this means it doesn't even check the settings in the database..or something is very wrong with hibernate. i restarted red5 service several time, also the virtual machine..and still the same error. i can set any value there and it does not get loaded. (actually the change had effect only the first time i changed the paths[which i done incorrectly] ..but only then , the first time, any subsequent changes were ignored) i have done this with administrator user and also logged as another user that has admin rights. if anyone can help, i would be very grateful :) thanks, dan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OpenMeetings User" group.
