Hello Ana, Even I was facing the same problem of empty drop down for organization list. Remember you get this problem only when there is some mistake in your ldap configuration. Just make sure few things: -Your ldap service is running on and you are using the correct port. -You have mentioned correct value for "ldap_admin_dn" in om_ldap.cfg file
I actually used Jxplorer for handling my openLDAP users. Try to use it if possible. Because in Jxplorer first need to connect to the openldap database successfully in order to manage users. If you can connect there, then you use the same values in your om_ldap.cfg, like base dn, ldap_admin_dn, etc... I think you are doing some error in base dn or ldap_admin_dn...
