In the SOAP documentation it says: Boolean isModeratedRoom Users have to wait untill a Moderator arrives. Use the becomeModerator param in setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash to set a user as default Moderator
So I set that to true and in when I called setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash I set becomeModeratorAsInt to 1. I assumed this would make this user a moderator.
