I have been trying to find the source of the delay and choppiness in openmeetings video. It looks like it is all about screen size for me. If I leave the video a one inch square it is very fluid but if I re- size it to something useful it becomes delayed and choppy. I am attenpting to use openmeeting for face to face conversations and I need the video screen sized pretty large. Are there any settings inside openmeetings to help with this? I am using dual core 3.2 ghz workstations for the project with 4 Gb of ram so I don't think this is a workstation resource issue. Thanks in advance
