Hallo Harish, 4:4 is the same like 1:1 :) And the webcams do not support that.
A usual webcam has a resolution of max 640x480 and so that is 4:3 ... any other resolution will just cut some part of the cam picture or make some kind of strange stretching to some part of the picture.
