that means the *recommended* maximum number *per conference room *is like
the numbers given.
You can of course run multiple rooms at the same time et cetera.

Also the numbers are the maximum according to stress tests.
For example in a scenario where 150 people are invited to join a restricted
conference room at the same time (minute/second). If they access the room
person by person you might have higher numbers.
