Rubens, bom dia. Voce instalou o OpenMeetings na ultima versão? 1_6_rc1_r3621? Qual a versão de SO utilizada? Tambem, ao criar a base de dados no MySQL voce fez as alterações para (DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci)?
