Hi, all you need is php_curl extension (which propably you should have already installed as its required by moodle itself).
For the rest please have a look in the wiki, there are some notes about howto install. If you cannot connect to the server then in 99% you can duplicate the issue with you ssh to your moodle server and do a *ping $openMettings_IP/Host* => that will bring the same error and you need to fix that on the system level!
