Hi, We are testing at the moment OpenMeetings Version 1.6 RC1 r3621 and I've been alerted from our test group to these questions which I'm unable to answer.
Any input regarding these questions would be helpful. 1) I have noticed when having pressed the “Stop Sharescreen” the window is not automatically closed? This we have been able to reproduce with Firefox & IE7 and Java 6 Update 24. 2) Is there a possibility to "reconnect" a Sharescreen session, if someone accidentally closes the window? 3) Is there as possibility to make the chat window more active i.e. Notification via sound or that the chat window is shown automatically 4) Can the positioning of the WebCam window after starting the meeting be changed? As it appears always over the users list 5) For uploaded files, can the option to download them be disabled? I.e. Certain files I might want to only show rather then allow the participants to download them. 6) For some resolutions i.e. 1280 x 800 the calendar "add new event" window is too small, as I was unable to click on the save button or cancel button.
