Has nothing to do with each other. OpenMeetings dont need Apache, is one server by own self. OpenMeetings comes with red5...this is the real server...flash server. So, forget Elgg and any other cms if you want install it. The OpenMeetings Elgg plugin is which make the contact between Elgg and OpenMeetings server. Begin from zero to install OpenMeetings forgetting the rest.
