there is an overall framerate.
However changing on that value will not reflect in any *speed boost*.
I really don't know what exactly the problem on your side is, but I don't
think you will tune the app by changing values inside openmeetings ... its
more a problem of your extrnal whiteboards that need to speed up their sync
process.
