No, you are on the wrong path. This is not the way you use the SOAP API.
You only use a SINGLE admin account and then use the setUserObjectXYZ methods to SIMULATE any user from a third party application and generate a hash value to enter a conference room directly. Have a look in the wiki in the Integration chapters.
