Hello everybody,

i have a question regarding the "send invitation" button and/or the
SOAP method "sendInvitationHash".

Here is the scenario:

1) There is an empty room.

2) On demand a moderator joins the room and prepares the worksheet,
his desktop he is going to share and his audio&video settings.

3.a) He then sends out invites via the "send invite button"
3.b) another system uses the soap api to send out invitation mails.

4) The guests recieve their mail

5) The guests join the room via the sent inivitation

6) Presentation/Meeting starts

7) All leave

The problem now is: how to disable the guests video & audio settings?

Best would be that they dont share their video & audio at all.
At least it is required to not ask them anything about video&audio
(Video test & device selection).

If neccessary it is ok to completely disable video&audio for
everybody, even the moderator, as we could
use a telephone conference for that as well.

As the guests will be one-timers it is not an option to create
accounts for them.

I have full access to everything. I can manipulate the sources (to a
level, as it is not my language...),
call any SOAP method etc.

I also tried to use the SOAP method "setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash"
where i can disable the
AudioVideoTest but i did not find any method to add the user to the
room.

Thank you for your time,
Julian
