Hi,
I have installed openmeetings on a open suse box and it is running
successfully. To start red5 server, I am connecting to open suse box
using putty and starting the red5 server to run openmeetings. But when
I closes the putty window, it stops the red5 server.
I want to run red5 as a service which runs in the background
irrespective of putty window is closed. Is there any way to make it
possible?
Brajesh,
This is something specific to suse. Please use their form/mailing list
to ask the question. BTW, you can use /*nohup */red5 patch start to
keep the process running in background.

Mayank Jain
Thanks
