Once again: Did you see the Moodle Integration in the googlecode website? For Joomla there are only Demo's available, there is no single plugin that will fit into random website and usage scenarios. If you need a Joomla integration you can contact us and we will provide you with a quote based on that.
Or you use the existing SOAP/REST API in OpenMeetings and build one yourself. A very detailed documentation about the API can be found on the project website.
