Dear Matti, I am just a user, but found this out by searching this group. To increase the size of the video screen, you simply graby the black "L" icon shape in the bottom right hand corner and extend it to the size you want, then hit the "refresh" at the top of the video screen which are the two "squiggly lines" which will refresh the video with clarity. Remember that the larger you have your screen, the more bandwidth it is going to use, so if you had a number of people doing this your bandwidth will be less.
