Hi Matthieu, I think the problem is the path to the OU where the LDAP API searches.
Its like an SQL query, but in a tree of objects. You can hardly write a query that looks at SEVERAL places for matches at the same time. So that is why you need to specify multiple queries and at the moment 1 query == 1 config file/domain in the LDAP-Administration of OpenMeetings. If you have other ideas on how such query could be handled you could of course propose a different implementation :) Sebastian 2011/8/5 Matthieu <[email protected]> > Hi, > > I've been trying to link OpenMeeting with an Active Directory, after > quite a few attemps I have only been able to make a conf file working > with one single Organizational Unit. > I saw that someone had the same problem a year ago and he was > suggested to create 1 conf file per OU. > > As I do have like 40 to 50 OU (being changed at some times), I was > wondering if anyone had found an easier way to make it search in all > existing OU... > > If anyone had an idea, it would really be appreciated. > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "OpenMeetings User" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/openmeetings-user?hl=en. > > -- Sebastian Wagner http://www.webbase-design.de http://openmeetings.googlecode.com http://www.wagner-sebastian.com [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OpenMeetings User" group.
