Ivan, if the exception is *Port is already in use* that you can be 100% sure that there is actually sth running on that port already. OpenMeetings will not throw that error out of the nowhere.
Maybe in later versions of Openmeetings we do require additional ports. Have a look at red5.properties. There are some more port settings for mrtmp et cetera.
