You might try and installing ImageMagick in a directory without whitespaces in the path. And go from there. But the best thing would be still: Add all those executables to your %PATH% variable. That is teh way you usually install things on windows! And if you do so you can leave ALL configuration paths to converter tools in OpenMeetings BLANK and it will work! You can test each tool if it is successfully added in the %PATH% variable by opening a "CMD" and then type any of the commands: convert gs pdf2swf ffmpeg sox If there is a programmatical return from each tool, everything is okay.
