I have written to this list a few days ago, reporting a problem sending invitation messages.
Well, the problem wasn't really a problem. Consulting google and other sources, I realized that you have to restart the server after any changes are made to the configuration. I don't know whether this is the right thing to do, but after I did that the system started working correctly. I hope it helps!
