Hi Joakin,

editing the config.xml has no effect, the param in the config.xml was
available for the old fashion recording, we should remove it.

Please provide us with the following details:
What version of OpenMeetings are you using?
Are you login into OpenMeetings standalone or using SOAP Gateway?
Have you checked that flag *allowRecording* in the Room-Administration for
the conference room?
