Hi Anand, you can disable some features if you stop the red5-openmeetings service and change the visibility of the main-menu items by editing the column "deleted" in the table mainnavi, globalnavi.
And for disabling the recording button there is a Flag *allowRecording*, but you will need to set this to false individually in every Room-Configuration.
