Well integrated Moodle you already have all those features. Cause integrated into Moodle the student does only have a direct link to the video-player, no chance to grab the file or download it.
Try yourself: http://moodle.openmeetings.de/moodle2/moodle/mod/openmeetings/view.php?id=30 => No Download, No File-Explorer just the video-player of Openmeetings to play/stop + timeline who is speaking (has the microphone turned on) on the bottom. And using it that way the download protection is even better then uploading it to youtube cause with the embeded Openmeetings player in Moodle the video is streamed from OpenMeetings/Red5 Server, while in Youtube you can grab the file with tools in the internet cause actually Youtube does progressive download only.
