I completely agree with the suggestions made by Mr. Holger

In addition to that i think the following also is needed

1. To control the usernames and passwords in such a way that only one user
can login using the credentials at a time.
2. The user inviting people into a meeting should be disabled and such
privileges should be only for the admins and moderators.
