OK..

I DID understand what you wrote the first time. But I had to reply as
there were no instructions for HOW to do it.

Now you have posted those, I can at least look at giving this a try.

But before I do that, I am going to question your phrasing.

You say: We are adding JARs also to the Red5/common/lib directory and
I think we
still need to modify the javaee-api-5.1.2.jar.

Do you MEAN : You WILL BE adding JAR's and a modified javaee-api?

or..

You HAVE already added those JAR's and a modified javaee-api?

You might think your sentence makes sense, but to me it is not clear
what you mean.

Then you say: You will need to manually add JARs to the directory REd5/
lib and replace
the javaee-api-5.1.2.jar with the JAR from our red5 server or
repository.
You can simply compare the JARs in the lib directory from our
download
section and the JARs in your Red5 server and then copy the missing
ones.

Going from this, and looking back at your first post it 'seems' that
JAR's and modded javaee-api are ALREADY in the download of your
installation zip. Is this correct!?

If so, then I can go ahead. If not, it must mean you are in the
process of making modifications and at this stage someone in my
situation, with an already installed Red5 server cannot be helped.

There are 2 options, which one is it?

By the way I am not trying to be rude, I'm trying not to wreck my Red5
installation, which I had to pay for from my webhost.

Thanks.
