There where some changes in the FFMPEG API lately, I've fixed those changes already in the way Openmeetings uses the API, but there is nothing officially released yet. Maybe you simply try to install a nightly build of OpenMeetings, there is a new config key in the Administration > Configuration now to switch between the FFMPEG API style.
