No.  Just geneerates a blank page with no error.

However if I browse to the directory C:\Red5\webapps\openmeetings
\upload\files\0f1d9650a27737f05db8c91722385fc1, then doubleclick on
the swf file (opening it in Internet Explorer), the file loads and
displays as expected.
