Ok.. This is a fresh install of everything on an XP box as of 12-1-11.. When ever I try to upload a file, it says that the upload is successful, but it hangs on the "converting file". What I have discovered is that there is a command/cmd window opening up on the server, (not the window that red5 is running in) just exactly like if you type cmd in the run line. There is nothing in it except the command prompt like you would normally see. But when I CLOSE DOWN that window manually, the conversion immediatly completes and the files are displayed on the whiteboard. It's like some command is not being completed on the server.
I have gone through all the converters several times so I just do know what I could be missing. Help.. My boss wants to actually use this in our school in a couple of weeks...
