What's more, a user (not being a moderator) cannot upload a file to the whiteboard through an upper menu tab "Files" as it is inaccessible (greyed out), but they are free to right click "My files" or "Public files" in the tree folder on the left, choose "New file" from the context menu, and upload whatever they want directly to the whiteboard wiping it out if they wish so.
