Which version do you trying? If it is 1.9.1 can you try to make on
1.8.1, maybe tutorial is based on 1.8 and previous ones. Sebastian can
give detailed information about the change if there is any change on the
folder structure.

I'm following the tutorial to customize the openmeetings by
inserting a small figure at the top of the screen main.swf8, but
after compiling the login screen does not appear.
As the tutorial, a few lines of main.lzx should be modified, but
still did not produce the expected result.
The picture appears, but others do not.
