Does anyone have such a script, that they could forward to me, and I can then modify it as required. As yet I do not know how to do this, certainly not the creation of the unique OpenMeetings invitation links.
I don’t currently have the need, but can guess that one day it would be very useful. Thanks, George. If you have CSV list or DB you write simple php script to generate/send links The links might be one-time/time-interval/endless - its up to you :) On Thu, May 24, 2012 at 9:14 AM, George Kirkham <[email protected]> wrote: If a University was going to hold a classroom meeting for about 75 to 100 people, what would be the best way to allow these (and only these) people to attend? Create a timed generic invitation and then email out this same invitation to all 75 people? Or can only one person use the link at a time? I tried two people logging in with the same link and that worked, just no way to differentiate them apart. May Universities create accounts for all class members, and they each log in accordingly with their own accounts? Just curious how best to handle a large number of guests, as inviting them one at a time would be painful. Thanks, George. As an option you can generate endless room hash and enter to the room directly by the URL On Thu, May 24, 2012 at 12:30 AM, Gary Franklin <[email protected]> wrote: Is there a clean way of disabling the need for usernames/passwords in OM2?
