Hi Brian,

yes it seems like it would be a good idea to build some integration in
LibrePlan for OpenMeetings to do conference sessions.
However from OpenMeetings side everything is ready, SOAP/REST API, examples
et cetera. Actually build such plugin means to goto the LibrePlan project,
explore their API and build some plugin. I can see no plugin loader
mechanism or extension point in LibrePlan. So you might really need a
developer from the LibrePlan project team to find out how you can embed
OpenMeetings into it.

It is an EU project so I think you can be sure it has a strong committment
to Open Source. However they are using the GNU Affero GPL (AGPL). That is
one of the most restricted Open Source Licenses I know. Normally AGPL
projects are dual licensed, AGPL and a commercial variant.
