Hi all -

I've been running OM 1.8 for some initial beta testing and internally
for about 6 months. I had to shelve
the project for a while, but now I'm back in working on it.

I've read the emails and the new Wiki - I have not found any type of
migration guide to the current release(s).

So, my questions are:

Which is considered the latest "stable" release? 1.9, or has 2.0 been
marked as generally deployable?

If I wish to deploy 2.0, do I need to upgrade to Ubuntu 12 LTS or are
the dependencies for 2.0 able to run under
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with appropriate packages?

Also, if I do need to go to Ubuntu 12 LTS, is the path basically

- Backup OM 1.8
- Upgrade Ubuntu to 12
- Upgrade associated packages to proper releases (if not done by 12 upgrade)
- Run OM 2.0 install for upgrade (Tutorial?? Do I need to step to OM
1.9.X first??)
- Confirm that OM 2.0 imported settings/restore OM 1.8 config

If the "easy" answer is wipe and put the Ubuntu 12/OM 2 ISO in then
fine, but I think I'd like to try the migration
method first. I'd hate to have to rebuild everything from scratch.

Thanks!
Allen
