Okay, here are the returns…
From SQL:
ERROR: LIMIT #,# syntax is not supported
LINE 1 : ...e from fieldlanguagesvalues where language_id = 4 LIMIT 700,...

Use separate LIMIT and OFFSET clauses.
From console when run with debug, I'm not sure what to look for, I checked for
number of the labels but they don't seem to be there
