Add a logo on Openmeetings login page.

Hello,
i've found some instructions for "how to add/change the  logo on the 
OpenMeetings Header at this link:

http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/WebappNamePath.html

but looking at the instructions i can't find both the logo.png and the 
section under the default-theme.xml file.
I am using openmeetings 2.0.0 under linux.
