Something is definitely wrong in your case. You should have
omc.exe after a successful compilation with Visual Studio.
I think the problem is that the latest OMDev doesn't work
when you try to compile the 1.4.4-src with it.
I suggest you take the latest source from Subversion as
I it works to compile with Visual Studio 2008 (both Pro or Express).
OpenModelica-1.4.4-src is quite old and we did quite a lot of big
improvements since then. And if you want to implement something new
I really recommend you stick to the latest sources, otherwise will
be really hard to merge them.

There is neither "omc.exe" nor "mico-win32-msvc\mico2311.dll"
I changed nothing in the code. I have used Visual Studio .NET 2003.
What is the Problem and where can I find these files?
