csv output format now broken

I updated to try the fix to equation ids in _info.xml, and now I find
that CSV output is gone:

% ./camelbrake.testbench -r=foo.mat
% ls -l foo.mat
-rw-r--r--+ 1 wjanssen  staff  220387 Feb 21 12:54 foo.mat
% ./camelbrake.testbench -r=foo.csv -override "outputFormat=csv"
Segmentation fault
%
