It is a question what experience the mentor has. If somebody like to
port a application or write a program that is not that much related to
the OpenMoko framework even somebody outside from the coreteam could
be a good mentor.

Writing code which touches the core OpenMoko libraries or applications
needs a mentor from inside the project in my opinion.

Just nitpicking. His name is Harald. I often read Harold so a
