Hello, I have started to work on the XVideo support for the X server of the GTA02 chip named Xglamo.
I have created bug http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1178 to track that task. For now, I have a basic XVideo extension implementation working. It supports YV12 and I420 YUV formats and does scaling for those formats. I could play mpeg videos with mplayer on the device just fine. It does not support clipping regions yet, as I am working on this part. Attached to the bug above is the patch that should let people test what I have done so far.
